Effective 30 Minute Sessions

Check clothing requirements:

L250/S120:

Wear loose fitting gym pants, a t-shirt, socks and runners.

VACUNAUT:

Wear a pair of skin-tight shorts or short bike pants, a tight-fitted t-shirt or long sleeve sports top, socks and runners.

HDC:

Wear loose fitting gym pants, a t-shirt and socks for your HYPOXI-Dermology training sessions.

Arrive with a drink bottle and a towel.
Please take off your jewellery.

Bring in your phone to check emails,
headphones to listen to your favourite
podcast or a book to read.

For optimal results, please do not do
any other exercise on HYPOXI days.

Don’t eat for 1 hour prior to your session
and avoid food for 2 hours after your
HYPOXI session. You can then eat a low-
carb snack / meal.

Stay hydrated by drinking 1.5-2 litres of
water each day. We recommend
avoiding alcohol on your HYPOXI days
and no caffeine 2 hours prior and 6
hours after your session.
